With Complete Care, you don’t need to sign up for another plan or pay for additional services. You’re already covered.

We were among the first to bring online birth control covered by insurance, and the only platforms to accept Medicaid for birth control online — helping expand access to care for millions of women.

Now, we’re taking the next step.

We're actively expanding coverage and adding new services across states every week.

Use Your Insurance (Often $0)

Complete Care is $19.99/month out-of-pocket.

However, if Twentyeight Health is in-network with your insurance, your Complete Care membership may be $0, and you’ll pay no more than your copay (often $0) for consultations and medications.

We are currently:

In-network with 100+ insurance plans
Covering 15+ million women
Adding new insurance plans every week

If your insurance isn’t in-network yet, we’ll let you know as soon as it is. Once your insurance is verified, the only step to switch to $0 Complete Care is to schedule a quick video visit with a provider to activate your coverage.

Today, in-network coverage typically includes services like birth control, UTI, BV, yeast infection treatment, and emergency contraception. We’re actively working to expand coverage so skincare and weight care are also covered by insurance in more states soon.

If you have insurance, we strongly recommend checking your eligibility.
