Your medication is billed separately from your membership. Through our pharmacy partners, we accept most major insurance plans, including Medicaid, so many members pay only their regular insurance copay for birth control—often $0. Good to know: Many members pay $0 for both their Complete Care membership and their birth control. If your insurance isn't in-network for your membership, your birth control may still be covered through our pharmacy network—you'll typically pay only your regular insurance copay.
If you're covered by Medicaid, Twentyeight Health accepts it in many states, and eligible members typically pay $0 for medications. If Twentyeight Health is in-network with your Medicaid plan, your Complete Care membership may also be covered. It's worth checking directly whether your state and plan are in-network, since Medicaid coverage varies by location.

Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) are pre-tax benefit accounts that let you pay for qualified medical expenses before the IRS takes its cut. Most people use them for prescriptions and copays — and both apply here.
