Who is this program for?
This weight loss program is ideal for adults seeking to manage weight gain or lose weight with professional support. Will I get weight loss medication?
If you're eligible, yes. Our providers may prescribe FDA-approved medications like GLP-1s (such as Ozempic or Wegovy) or other treatments that are safe and effective.
How does it work?
Start by filling out a short health form online. A provider will review your health history, follow up if needed, and build a plan that fits your specific needs. All visits are online—no waiting rooms.
How much does it cost?
There’s a monthly Weight Care Plan fee of $69.99, which includes:
• Access to your provider and nutritional support • Ongoing check-ins and support from a medical provider • Personalized care and weight loss guidance and guidance on healthy lifestyle changes

Yes—because your health deserves more than a form and a shipment. At Twentyeight Health, every prescription is reviewed by board-certified physician or licensed provider who’s there to support you throughout your care.
Do you offer GLP-1 prescriptions to everyone who asks?
No. At Twentyeight Health, we prioritize your safety and well-being. Our board-certified physicians carefully review each patient’s medical history, weight management goals, and overall health conditions before prescribing any GLP‑1 medications. Not everyone will qualify for prescription weight loss medication, and our team ensures that each treatment is medically appropriate and tailored to your specific needs.
Who reviews my information and prescribes the medication?
Your health intake is reviewed by a licensed, board-certified provider who specializes in weight loss treatment. These healthcare professionals follow strict clinical guidelines to determine the best course of care. Can I contact a provider if I have questions or side effects?
Absolutely. Ongoing care is included in your subscription. You’ll have secure messaging access to your provider for follow-ups, dosage adjustments, or concerns at any time. Our medical providers are here to help you stay on track toward your goal weight.
