You can receive birth control pills, patch, ring, shot, emergency contraception and internal condoms delivered for free with Twentyeight Health. There is a $0 copay with most insurance plans. For the Depo shot, we are only able to support specific insurance plans.

Appointments may be canceled up to 24 hours in advance. A $25 no-show fee applies for missed appointments and is applicable to commercial insurance members only. Medicaid members are exempt from this fee.
Yes! The majority of the time, you will have the same licensed provider responding to your messages. However, if a provider is not readily available, such as if they are on vacation, another provider may message you to provide a more timely response. The providers work as a team, and will provide personalized answers based on your medical history.

We offer valacyclovir, a generic form of Valtrex. Valacyclovir is an oral antiviral medication that treats herpes either when an outbreak occurs (episodic), or on a daily basis to prevent outbreaks by suppressing HSV-1 (oral herpes) and HSV-2 (genital herpes).
Medication: We offer episodic or preventative herpes treatment starting at $0 copay with insurance (including Medicaid). Without insurance, episodic treatment is $13/month ($39/delivery for 3 months worth) and preventative treatment is $23/month ($69/delivery for 3 months worth).

We offer treatment to individuals 18 years old and above who have already been diagnosed with herpes by a healthcare provider or lab test.
If you don’t have a diagnosis, but think you may have herpes, we recommend that you see a provider in-person to ensure you receive appropriate care and an accurate diagnosis.

If you're already a Twentyeight user, you can get herpes treatment by visiting your dashboard, adding herpes treatment to your account, and completing the 5 minute medical questionnaire for herpes treatment. A provider will then review your information to determine your medical eligibility.
Twentyeight offers abortion pills to residents in California and New York. Please note, once a prescription is processed we are not able to transfer it to your local pharmacy. Once your insurance is verified, schedule a video consultation (10 min), and you’ll automatically enroll in no-cost care for the covered services. That’s it!

Your prescriptions remain the same! The only change is that if your insurance is part of our partnership, your medication and care are covered by your plan. You'll continue receiving the same benefits—plus more—at no cost. For example, if you were on our Standard Care Plan, you will continue to receive all the same benefits—plus more—at no cost to you.
