Care Advocate (Part-time)

2. Role & Responsibilities

As a Care Advocate, you will be responsible for providing an outstanding care experience to users from beginning to end.  In this part-time 3-month role (with potential to extend), you will lead user care primarily through outbound phone calls for a unique population. The ideal candidate is fluent in Spanish, and comfortable in engaging with users in a way that builds trust and delivers the utmost care. Your role will ultimately help us provide an exceptional care experience to users who need access to reproductive and sexual health care. 

  • Be the voice of the Twentyeight Health to assist customers in receiving the care they deserve
  • Answer user questions through inbound/outbound phone calls (in addition to email, live chat, SMS as needed)
  • Follow escalation protocols to coordinate care (with users, providers, dispensing and delivery process with pharmacy, manage sign-up process etc.)
  • Maintain accurate records of user information, orders and communication logs
  • May be asked to perform additional related tasks as needed

3. Manager

You will report initially to the VP of Operations, Rob Scott. 

 

4. Requirements and Attributes we look for

6. Compensation & Hours

  • Paid hourly rate of $20
  • Temporary part-time role with expected 20 hours per week (ideal schedule is 4 days per week from approximately 4-8pm ET)
