2. Role

Are you a detail-oriented operational expert who excels at executing complex healthcare processes? We're hiring an Associate Manager of Clinical Operations to serve as the operational execution specialist supporting our clinical operations across two core pillars: Provider Licensing & Credentialing, and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).

You'll implement strategic initiatives, manage day-to-day workflows, and execute end-to-end licensing and credentialing processes while coordinating provider support and maintaining billing compliance systems. This position is designed as a development pathway for future clinical operations leadership, offering comprehensive exposure to telehealth operations, multi-state regulatory compliance, and healthcare business operations. The ideal candidate thrives on operational precision, enjoys mastering complex regulatory requirements, and seeks to build expertise for advancement in healthcare operations management.

3. Manager

You will report to Maceda Alemu, Director of Clinical Operations. 

4. Responsibilities

  • Provider Licensing, Credentialing & Regulatory Compliance
    • Execute complete provider licensing and credentialing lifecycle, including applications, documentation, renewals, and compliance tracking across all states
    • Implement payer enrollment processes and maintain detailed tracking systems with regular status reporting
    • Resolve routine enrollment and compliance issues with established escalation protocols for complex cases
    • Manage delegated credentialing processes and maintain day-to-day relationships with credentialing organizations and state registrations
  • Billing & Claims Support
    • Support claims processing operations by maintaining data accuracy and executing routine documentation workflows
    • Prepare claims audit reports and implement approved corrective action plans for identified discrepancies
    • Execute billing platform maintenance and handle routine payer inquiries with appropriate escalation protocols
    • Maintain eligibility verification records and support financial reconciliation processes
  • Clinical Operations Support: 
    • Collect and analyze clinical performance data for KPI tracking across quality, efficiency, and patient experience metrics
    • Execute implementation of new clinical processes and workflows designed for care delivery optimization and scaling
    • Maintain comprehensive clinical operations documentation and standard operating procedures
    • Serve as frontline support for day-to-day operational needs across the 20+ provider network
    • Coordinate operational care delivery encompassing patient referrals, communication tracking, follow-up scheduling, provider availability management, and synchronous visit operations

5. Requirements

We are looking for exceptional candidates who have:

  • 1-2 years of experience managing end-to-end provider licensing and credentialing processes, including proficiency with CAQH, state licensing portals, and payer enrollment systems
  • 2-4 years of experience in clinical operations, healthcare administration, or healthcare services with hands-on use of EHR systems, billing platforms, and healthcare communication tools
  • Demonstrated operational process execution with a track record of managing complex workflows and data analysis using Excel or similar tools
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulatory requirements for State, Medicaid, and Commercial Insurance credentialing processes

Preferred Qualifications

  • RCM and billing experience
  • Experience in telehealth or digital health environments
  • Multi-state healthcare operations background
  • Familiarity with Medicaid credentialing and managed care requirements

8. Compensation & Benefits

    • Base compensation between $85-95k
