Clinical Operations Coordinator (Part-Time)

2. Role & Responsibilities

We are looking for a dedicated coordinator to support our clinical operations team with licensing and credentialing efforts. In this part-time temporary role, you will execute licensing and credentialing processes for providers and enterprise partnerships. The ideal candidate is  detail-oriented and organized while tackling complex problems. Your role will ultimately help us to increase access to care women deserve. 

  • Research and determine next steps for Medicaid credentialing in existing and new states
  • Execute licensing and credentialing lifecycle: initial applications, renewals, payer enrollments etc.
  • Track progress on licensing and credentialing for ~20 providers
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve goals
  • Tackle any complex enrollment or compliance issues

3. Manager

You will report initially to the VP of Operations, Rob Scott. 

 

4. Requirements and Attributes we look for

  • Experience with virtual care workflows, tools, and payments systems like Candid, EHRs, Slack, Gsuite (required)
  • Detail-oriented and organized problem-solver (required)
  • Experience working with Enterprise partners, Medicaid credentialing, provider licensing, or payer enrollments (strongly preferred)
  • Effective written and verbal communication 
  • Resourceful, hard working, and eager to roll your sleeves up to execute every detail
  • Excellent multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Embrace learning and feedback

6. Compensation & Hours

  • Paid hourly rate of $20, expected 20 hours per week 
  • Temporary part-time role with flexible hours
