2. Role
Are you a problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced healthcare environments? We’re hiring an Associate Manager of Clinical Operations to support our clinical team in delivering seamless, coordinated care. In this role, you'll serve as a key partner to our providers, managing daily operations, handling real-time escalations, and driving improvements in care delivery and patient-provider communication. You'll play a hands-on leadership role supporting the day-to-day clinical engine of our provider team. You’ll help resolve operational issues, manage care coordination tasks (including referrals and communications), and collaborate cross-functionally with payers and stakeholders to ensure an exceptional care experience for both patients and providers. You’ll work in a high-impact, cross-functional role at the center of our clinical operations. 3. Manager
You will report directly to the Director of Clinical Operations (to be hired), on the Operations team led by VP Operations, Rob Scott.
4. Responsibilities
- Serve as the first line of support for day-to-day provider escalations and workflow needs.
- Manage end-to-end support for synchronous (live) visits including provider readiness, platform support, and follow-up workflows.
- Own operational care coordination, including patient referrals, communication, scheduling follow-ups, and coordinating services across teams.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., payers, product, patient experience) to address gaps in provider workflows and improve service delivery.
- Monitor and support provider Slack channels, triaging needs and proactively addressing issues.
- Track and escalate performance trends, issues, or opportunities to the Manager of Provider Operations.
- Contribute to performance dashboards and assist in preparing internal reports and newsletters.
- Help drive provider satisfaction and team efficiency through structured communication and best practices.
- Contribute to other related projects as necessary
5. Requirements
We are looking for exceptional candidates who have:
- 2–4 years of experience in clinical operations, provider support, care coordination, or clinical services.
- Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple escalations and workflows simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with virtual care workflows and tools (Slack, GSuite, EHRs, etc.).
- A customer-service mindset with a bias for action and problem-solving.

- Experience working with providers in a telehealth or digital health environment.
- Knowledge of referral management systems or payer collaboration workflows.
- Background in patient-facing or provider-facing support roles.

8. Compensation & Benefits
- Attractive compensation package
- Total cash compensation up to $100k
- Base compensation between $85-95k
- Performance-based cash bonus of up 7.5%
