FAQ.

You’ve got Q’s? We’ve got A’s. We look forward to supporting you as SimpleHealth transitions care of patients to Twentyeight Health

What’s happening to Simple Health?

As of April 12, 2023, Simple Health is winding down its operations. To provide continuity of care, Simple Health has safely & securely transferred all patient records to Twentyeight Health. For individuals living in states that Twentyeight Health is active (see below), you can receive telemedicine care from Twentyeight Health and continue to receive your deliveries from Truepill. You will be able to see all your prescription and delivery information when you login to your Twentyeight Health account. Your login will be the same email address you used at Simple Health, and you need to set your password here when you are logging in for the first time. You can reset it here.

For individuals living in states that Twentyeight Health is not active in, Twentyeight Health is still the custodian of your records and can help you transfer your script to a local pharmacy. Unfortunately, Twentyeight Health will not be able to provide telemedicine services to you.

What do I need to do to continue to receive deliveries?

If you have insurance, insurance companies are now requiring you to provide an electronic signature on a one time basis in order to have your medication delivered to you. To make sure you can still receive your order, please provide your signature by logging in to your Twentyeight Health account.

If you pay out-of-pocket, please make sure your payment method is up to date by logging in to  your Twentyeight Health account.

If your prescription is expiring, you will need to renew your prescription by logging in to your Twentyeight Health account and completing a simple online doctor evaluation. You can easily renew your prescription that way. There is a $26 annual doctor evaluation fee per medication which includes reviewing the medical questionnaire, optional audio consultation and unlimited direct messaging with our medical professionals.

What if I want to transfer my prescription to my local pharmacy?

Please make a request directly to your preferred local pharmacy. The information you will need to give out is:

We are a mission-driven women’s healthcare team that offers end-to-end support for women. From sexual health education, telehealth, medication delivery, and on-demand guidance and recommendations along the way. It’s discreet, affordable, and convenient.

We donate 2% of our revenues to the National Institute for Reproductive Health and Bedsider (by Power to Decide), both working to improve access to reproductive and sexual health care. With every delivery you receive, you also support these great organizations.
