What is the Weight Care program?
It’s a personalized program designed to help you manage your weight—with real medical support. You’ll connect with licensed providers and a nutritionist to create a care plan that fits your needs.If eligible, you may be prescribed weight loss medication—and you’ll have monthly check-ins to track progress, adjust your plan, and get expert guidance every step of the way.
Who is this program for?
Any adult who wants help managing their weight. A provider will review your health info to see if you’re a good fit.
Will I get weight loss medication?
If you're eligible, yes. Our providers may prescribe FDA-approved medications like GLP-1s (such as Ozempic or Wegovy) or other treatments that are safe and effective.
How does it work?
Start by filling out a short health form online. A provider will review it, follow up if needed, and build a plan that fits your needs. All visits are online—no waiting rooms.
How much does it cost?
There’s a monthly Care Plan fee of $69.99, which includes:
• Access to your provider and nutritional supportOngoing check-ins and support
• Personalized care and weight loss guidance
Medications are billed separately by the pharmacy and may be covered by insurance, depending on your plan.

Do I need to talk to a provider before getting medication?
Yes—because your health deserves more than a form and a shipment. At Twentyeight Health, every prescription is reviewed by a licensed provider who’s there to support you throughout your care.
Do you offer GLP-1 prescriptions to everyone who asks?
No. At Twentyeight Health, your health and safety come first. Our licensed providers carefully review each patient’s medical history, eligibility, and goals before prescribing any medication. Not everyone will qualify for GLP-1s, and we’ll never rush a prescription if it’s not the right fit.
Who reviews my information and prescribes the medication?
Only licensed, board-certified providers review your intake and prescribe medications. Our care team follows clinical guidelines to ensure safe, personalized support — not a one-size-fits-all approach.
Can I contact a provider if I have questions or side effects?
Absolutely. Ongoing care is included in your subscription. You’ll have secure messaging access to your provider for follow-ups, dosage adjustments, or concerns at any time.
