Twentyeight Health offers a wide range of services and medications focused on sexual, reproductive, and maternal health, including:
- Birth control (pill, patch, ring, shot, emergency contraception)
- STI prevention and treatment (including PrEP and treatment for common STIs)}
- Treatment for UTIs, BV, herpes, and yeast infections

Care is 100% covered by IL Medicaid, that means no cost with insurance! No insurance? If you live in Illinois and make less than $3754/month, you can apply for coverage under the HFS Family Planning Program.
A provider will write your prescription (if medically eligible) after reviewing your questionnaire, then your medication will be mailed directly to you in 3-5 business days after your prescription is written, do you need your medication early? no worries, you can pick it up directly at the pharmacy.

Yes, you can! Most insurance will cover your birth control method. If your insurance doesn't and you fall within our eligibility requirements, we will step in and cover.
If you're on someone else’s insurance plan and don’t want them to see your health info (like through an Explanation of Benefits), you can choose not to use your insurance to keep things private. You may qualify for the HFS Family Planning Program so there is zero out of pocket cost for you.
